Arrival/Departure

• CHECK-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM
  Would you like to check in earlier? Only possible with prior arrangement via "self check-in". (Rooms available from 2:00 PM)

• Monday & Thursday: only via "self check-in"
  
• CHECK-out: until 11:00 AM

Breakfast Time 

• Tuesday – Friday: 
  7:00 – 9:00 (Breakfast ends 9:30)

• Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays & Bridge Days
  8:00 – 9:30 (Breakfast ends 10:00)

• Monday 
  October – May (except public holidays): no breakfast
  June – September: 7:30 – 9:00 (Breakfast ends 9:30)

• Stopping and Parking
  For loading and unloading, you may stop briefly directly in front of the building.
  Alternatively, parking with a ticket is possible 
  for a maximum of 2 hours.
  In addition, the Marktplatz underground parking garage is available
  (the underground parking garage rates apply here).

• Parking & Garage
  Hotel parking spaces are available free of charge, 
  subject to availability.
  Reservations are unfortunately not possible.
  We offer free bicycle parking in our garage.
  Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service.

• KONUS Card (Tourist Tax)
  The Freudenstadt city tax is charged separately and is not    included in the price.
  With the KONUS Card, you have free travel on buses and trains    throughout the Black Forest.

• The following persons are subject to the tourist tax:
  All guests and children aged 10 and over.
  Participants of conferences and congresses Visitors to in-house
  trade fairs Guests at company events 
  (e.g., product presentations or company celebrations)

• Exempt are:
  Business travelers staying exclusively in the city of Freudenstadt  or its districts.
  Severely disabled persons and those with a disability rating of      100% (proof of disability is required).
  As well as participants in meetings, seminars, and training      courses.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested or communicated in writing.
Cancellation fees are based on the total booking price.

Individual bookings

• Up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge
• 20 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 13 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the total price

Group bookings (10 people or more)

• Up to 40 days before arrival: free of charge

• 39 to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
• 34 to 28 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
• From 27 days before arrival: 80% of the total price

Individual cancellations within a group booking are subject to the cancellation policy for individual bookings (see above).
